Resumen
Paciente del sexo femenino de 57 años de edad que se pre- senta en estado de coma hipoglucémico, sin antecedentes per- sonales patológicos de interés. Durante su estudio clínico se detectan metástasis hepáticas; biopsia compatible con tumor neuroendocrino. El estudio postmortem reporta carcinoma de células pequeñas de fondo de vesícula biliar invasor.
