Resumen
La malformación adenomatoidea quística pulmonar congénita (MAQP) es una anomalía rara, con pocos casos reportados en la literatura mundial. Aparece entre la 16a. y 20a. semanas de gesta- ción, cuando se pierde el control del brote pulmonar distal, provo- cando la formación de múltiples quistes.
