Resumen

El desarreglo del desarrollo sexual ovotesticular (DDS ovotesticular) antes llamado, hermafroditismo verdadero, forma poco frecuente de ambigüedad genital, se caracteriza por la presencia de tejido ovárico y testicular maduro en el mismo individuo, con alrededor de 500 casos publicados.
