Resumen
Evaluar los resultados visuales postoperatorios en pacientes con agujero macular idiopático en estadios 3 y 4 de reciente aparición, tratados mediante cirugía de vítreo más el efecto tamponade (taponamiento) del gas perfluoropropano (C3F8).
