Resumen
Actualmente la utilidad del surfactante exógeno en el manejo del síndrome de aspiración de meconio severo, se ha comprobado únicamente para reducir la severidad de la dificultad respiratoria y para disminuir la necesidad de oxigenación por mem- brana extracorpórea.
