Resumen
Los pseudoaneurismas de la arteria temporal superficial son entidades poco frecuentes y a su vez poco reportadas en la literatura médica. Casi siempre están relacionados con antecedentes de trauma y su diagnóstico diferencial es poco sospechado cuando se manifiestan como masa de partes blandas. Su manejo terapéutico es variado y la mayoría de las veces es de tipo quirúrgico. A continuación se presenta el manejo endovascular de dos pacientes con el diagnóstico de pseudoaneurisma postraumático de la arteria temporal superficial.
