Valoración del engrosamiento de la mucosa gástrica o duodenal por tomografía axial computada como indicación de panendoscopia

Resumen
En la realización de endoscopias de tubo digestivo alto en el Hospital Central Militar se reciben solicitudes con hallazgo tomográfico de engrosamiento de la mucosa gástrico y/o duodenal, en el presente estudio se confirma la utilidad del medio radiológico utilizado como indicación, así como de su sobreutilización.
