Uso de dobutamina y mortalidad en pacientes con sepsis grave y choque séptico en la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva del Hospital Central Militar

Resumen
La dobutamina, desde el punto de vista teórico, es una buena opción en el manejo de la distribución de flujo a nivel capilar, sin embargo, a la par de las bondades que esto implica aún queda una razonable duda por la falta de información al respecto sobre el verdadero impacto de su uso en los pacientes con sepsis grave y choque séptico en etapa intermedia, la cual es posterior a las seis primeras horas (etapa temprana). Por lo tanto, concluimos que este estudio reúne los cuatro requisitos: novedoso, relevante, interesante y factible.
