Resumen

Evaluar una nueva técnica desarrollada por el personal del Laboratorio de Cardiología Intervencionista que favorece la intervención coronaria percutánea convencional mediante la reducción de la carga intracoronaria del trombo, el embolismo distal y el daño por reperfusión, utilizando un balón largo over the wire.
