Abstract

Mediastinal tumors are often asymptomatic and are occasionally detected by chest radiograph or computed tomography scan. The anterosuperior compartment is the more commonly involved and tumors in this compartment are more frequently malignant. We present a case with a lipoma and diaphragm hernia (Morgagni).
