Abstract
The elastic bandage is a effective procedure as an aid in treatment of venous insuficlency of the lower limbs. Its application requires skillful abilities but its mal-application can produce pain or even impairing the venous circulation. Several patients abandon treatment of difficulties in bandage applying. This is a double reel, patented by the autor, that shortens the time employed in recovering the bandage as a result of the longer inner cylinder and facilitates the bandage application. The reel is used as a routine by doctors and patients in the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Millitary Regional Hospital of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
