Open Access Policy
Authors who publish in the Revista de Sanidad Militar accept the following conditions:
All articles published in the Revista de Sanidad Militar are disseminated via Open Access and are available online free of charge, immediately upon publication. The Revista de Sanidad Militar does not charge authors for the submission and processing of articles for publication.
Use of Creative Commons (CC) Licenses
All texts published by the Revista de Sanidad Militar, without exception, are distributed under the CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 International license, which allows third parties to use the published work, provided they mention the authorship of the work and its first publication in this journal, and provided that it is not distributed for commercial purposes.
Authors' Rights
In accordance with current copyright legislation, the Revista de Sanidad Militar recognizes and respects the moral rights of the authors, as well as the ownership of economic rights, which will be transferred—on a non-exclusive basis—to the journal to allow for its legal dissemination via Open Access.
Authors may enter into other independent and additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the article published in the Revista de Sanidad Militar (for example, including it in an institutional repository or making it known in other print or electronic media), provided it is clearly and explicitly indicated that the work was first published in the Revista de Sanidad Militar.
For all of the above, authors must submit the Transfer of Economic Rights for First Publication form, duly completed and signed by the authors. This form must be submitted in PDF format via the OJS platform.
Readers' Rights
Under the principles of Open Access, the journal's readers have the right to freely read, print, and distribute the journal's contents by any means, immediately upon the online publication of the content. The requirement for this is that the author(s) of the work must always be clearly and explicitly indicated, it must be mentioned that it was first published in the Revista de Sanidad Militar, the source and corresponding DOI must be cited correctly, and it must be redistributed without commercial purposes.
