Quiste dentígero mandibular asociado a un tercer molar inferior retenido.

Resumen
Se presenta el caso de un quiste dentígero originado por la retención de un tercer molar inferior izquierdo, en un paciente masculino de 65 años de edad, el cual fue tratado quirúrgicamente con enucleación del mismo y extracción del diente problema. Se llevó un seguimiento clínico y radiográfico de un año nueve meses después de la operación. Hubo una buena evolución del caso.
