Abstract

Military demands at the aeronautical environment includes rutinary exposition to nocive fac- tors and conditions that have a negative and signifi- cant impact over integral health of Mexican Air Force personnel. In that context, Aerospace Medicine has the mission of to obtain the maxim level of safety during aeronautical operations through study, prevention, diagnostic, treatment and, if it needed, rehabilitation for psycho-somatic alterations physic ocurrying in mi- litary flight personnel. This paper make a particular review about physiopathologic issues that can cause damage over the osteomuscular system and that can be generated during tripulation training as well as real operations with fighter planes and helicopters.
