Ruptura de cuerda tendinosa relacionada con cardiomiopatía hipertrófica apical. Reporte de un caso
Main Article Content
Abstract
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a genetic disease characterized by cardiovascular left ventricular hypertrophy associated with ventricular chambers without dilatation, he is associated with myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation and stroke. In some isolated cases related to mitral regurgitation secondary to chordal rupture in obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
