Resumen

La ampolla como lesión elemental puede ser la expresión primaria o secundaria de un gran número de patologías cutáneas; su presencia implica desde el punto de vista evolutivo un fenómeno inflamatorio agudo que puede ser secundario a un traumatismo, un proceso infeccioso, representar la manifestación pri- maria de una genodermatosis, o bien, constituir un signo cutáneo de enfermedades sistémicas.
